Gas milage for a diesel / gas engine
Here's my request, I need people that own fifth wheel trailers to let me know about their gas mileage. I presently have a toyota tundra when I'm not towing anything I get about 20 miles to the gallo...

2003 F450 dually, 7.3 liter diesel, 4.88 rear, auto trans. 36 foot fifth wheel, 15k pounds. I get 12 mpg towing. I get 12 mpg empty. I'd probably get 12 mpg pushing the truck down the street by hand.
I don't understand the gasser fans who complain about the "higher cost" of diesel vehicles. Can you all really afford to buy new? Diesel trucks don't cost that much more than gassers if you're buying used, especially if you're buying 10 years old.
