I have towed with a 2010 F350 Crew Cab 4X2 V10 4:30 gear and would get 8 MPG. Towing with a 2014 F350 Crew Cab Dually Power Stroke 3:73 gear and towing a larger 5th wheel I can get 11 MPG. Sometimes even greater depending on the driving conditions. 5th wheel weighs 12,000 pounds (Landmark).
