That is nice indeed. What I like about the 2014 is it has a convenient location under the TV to install a fireplace if there is enough depth. Not so much on the 2013.
The fireplace is an electric heater. No offensive propane odors your were concerned about!
That was an afterthought for us and ours doesn't allow for a clean location for a fireplace. That would have been a nice upgrade for us.
