I have a 2002 Sunnybrook 34BWTS and pull with a 2003 Chevy Duramax and get 11-12 mpg. The front is pretty flat if you ask me. They are making rigs more aerodynamic now so should get better MPG. IF you are using a gas engine TV, then expect about 9MPG. I have a friend who is pulling a small Winnebago Minnie with a Ford small pickup on Explorer chassis and got 9.75 mpg and was upset and wants to buy a bigger truck, thinks she does not have enough "horsepower" and was concerned because she was running in high 2s and low 3000s for RPM and felt she is ruining her engine. Truthfully think it is a waste of money for her to buy a new Ford 150 to pull this little Minnie. IT is all new to her so guess she is concerned, OR she just wants a new truck which I doubt. Fords run higher RPM anyway. IF you are really worried about 1 or 2 MPG than maybe towing is not your thing.
