Now that I'm starting to take this new 5th Wheel out more, I notice that gas station canopies don’t have clearance signs.
Can I assume that a modern gas station will have no issues with my 13’2” heigh 5’er ?
I have a gas truck, so the truck lanes are not an option…any other words of advice ?
Assume nothing. Canopies vary a lot. Have shotgunner get out and watch. Be sure the the frig is not running on propane when in a service station.

Agreed!
I saw a video whereas fiver pulled into station and hit the overhead. The large (and HEAVY) overhead assembly was struck by the fiver's roof and the overthead crushed the towvehicle flat! I assume no survivors, crushed FLAT! If I can locate that video again I'll post it.
That would be the one at the bank drive-thru!
An amazing accident caught on tape near Longview, Texas. You can see a truck pull up to the bank, but the travel trailer behind it clips the canopy, sending the whole structure crashing down! No one was injured.

I stand corrected. It was an ATM not a pump. The driver survived that?? I see pros and cons under comments section about the driver.
Regardless-please be wary of overheads.
