Gel-Gloss one step cleaner and polish - anyone use it?

Cleaning out the basement and I found a gallon of liquid Gel-Gloss one step cleaner and polish. The container states it cleans, seals and polishes. It has carnauba wax in it. The container states it is used on fibreglass, marble and acrylic surfaces. Has anyone used it on the exterior of the camper and were you happy with it? The container states to apply it every 6-8 weeks for maximum protection. We must have bought it a lot of years ago and forgot about it.

I appreciate your thoughts.

  • As others have said...works great on showers, sinks and counter tops. I like it for chrome on my bike. I think there are better products for the exterior of your rig.

Haven't used it externally yet but it is great for the shower and sinks.
  • Have not used it on the exterior of the camper but a lot would depend on how much oxidation you have.

  • I just used it on my white American Standard (Americast) sink. Amazing! It saved the sink. Cleaning people used abrasives in the sink. I didn't find out until the gel coat was gone. The white sink always looked stained. So Ceramabryte and magic eraser to make the sink almost white, then gel gloss to completely whiten it and wax it so it can't get new stains. I'm supposed to use the gel gloss once per month to prevent any stains from happening. Two weeks so far. I'm very happy.
  • If you have had it a lot of years has it ever froze? I had some that froze and became very watery after and didn't seem to be any good after. As a product I think it's as good as any in it's price range. I think as with most any cleaner/polish it has limits to how deep it can clean. But you have it use it.
