Generator ? For new 5th wheel

Question

This coming week will be my first attempt at dry camping with new camper. Have a Honda 3000is and I only have a 30 amp connector for the generator and a 30 to 50 amp dog bone for camper connection. Any issues with this setup? Do I need to spring for the 30 amp to 50 gen cord?

The dog bone should work just fine. Just remember you probably can't run alot at the same time.

That's all I've been using for the past 4 years on the last two Cedar Creeks we've had. As noted, can't use everything at once.

You will be fine with that setup. You might consider dual batteries.:C
