Thx for the replies. I'll see if I can figure out how to do pics. Really, it's a box, like a square D, with 3 circuit breakers. They told me at the factory that they didn't really do anything unless hooked to a generator. I had them all off and when I plugged in, the residental fridge and TV on that wall didn't work. I turned the 20 amp switch on, and "bingo" all was fine.
The company did give me some diagrams, but unfortunatley didn't come with a wire diagram. Always a new puzzle.
