Genny starts, runs rough and then cleans up
Wanted to see what others thought. Genny just started acting like this. Fire it up, runs rough for 5-10 min, then cleans up and runs perfect. I have never let the carb sit for more than 1 month...

What brand of gen is this ?? Portable or built-in ??
If it is just a matter of a linkage cleaning OR a minor choke adjustment, a shop might take care of that for a reasonable cost. Might.
Then.....SeaFoam is great......at marketing.
It is a marine fuel stabilizer that is also MARKETED as a fuel system cleaner.
It costs 3X as much as other cleaning products that are much better.
Berrymans B12 Chemtool and Gumout are but two.
