Genny starts, runs rough and then cleans up
Wanted to see what others thought. Genny just started acting like this. Fire it up, runs rough for 5-10 min, then cleans up and runs perfect. I have never let the carb sit for more than 1 month...

Ok, pulled off the air filter yesterday while genny was cold.
Choke plate was almost closed.
Fired right up, stumbled a bit.
Choke plate moved very slowly so I helped it move open.
Genny purred like a kitten.
Sound like the canister may be bad or the vacuum line like baker01 stated.
I sprayed everything down with carb cleaner. Had to take it back to storage. Going to stop by after work and try it again while it is cold.
Lets say the canister is bad.... Don't I still have to buy a whole new carb as it seems to be all 1 unit?
Or is there a PN for the pull off?
