I think the laws changed for SxS with non factory seats . In Ca you cannot ride in them correct? I have not been there since 2010? Also you need helmets in SxS even with seat belts and full cag...

Yes in California you have the wear a helmit in any SxS, quad or dirt bike. Not in sand cars/rails. Go figure !?
