- Texas_BohunkExplorerI stayed at Mount Magazine State Park last spring. Really nice campground.
- big_bird_2Explorer5 degrees f in Mtn. Home right now. Stay in FL
- Redwing1ExplorerWe like the Dam Quarry Park below the Norfork Dam, its a COE park with water, Electric and dump station. Right on the Norfork River and the fishing is very good when not generating. About 10- 15 miles South of Mtn Home.
- big_bird_2ExplorerUnless you want Mtn. Home specifically, keep going to Branson, MO. about 90 miles further. Nothing in Mtn. Home except my Brother and he is snow-birding in Texas.
- army_guy1ExplorerIf you are going to be in Mt. Home for awhile, there is an RV/mobile home park in town we stay at when there to visit mom. Not the greatest but decent enough. Never had any issues there and we stay in our 5th wheel. Good luck
- eHoeflerExplorer IIBlue Herrin Rv Park in Cotter is a good park on the river.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good campgrounds around Mountain Home Arkansas. I travel in a 34 foot 5th Wheel. I don't want to have to travel through any steep mountains to get there, so if you know of any good campgrounds, try to keep that in mind.
Thank`s,
John in Ocala Florida.
This link will give you the C. O. E. Parks in Arkansas. We have camped in a couple near Mountain Home and they are nice but not full hookups. W & E and a dump.
