You don't have to get an AF serviced/repaired at an AF dealer. We bought ours 300 miles from home (Salem to La Grande, Or) even though the closest dealer is 50 miles away. We have since had it repaired at a local RV repair facility. A call to AF is all that's needed and they will find a repair facility near you.
