The Sailun seems like a worthy alternative but I could not get them from a retailer in our area. Like someone else mentioned, by the time you pay shipping they will be close enough to a GY 614 that I opted for the GY. I bought new 614's less than a month ago at Camping World...they were $304. Plus I was given a $25 rebate from Good Year per tire. The 614's ended up costing $279 each. Of course, tax and mounting was additional but the price was still quite good.
Depending on your rig, the Hankook F19 is another option. Although they call them G rated they are only 3330 lbs making them shy for 7K axles.
