We have been running the Sailun's on our Jayco Pinnacle almost 2 years with about 15,000 miles on them, no issues or problems to date.
I have to think Sailun tires are going to work out, It would be nice to see a reasonable priced tire to replaced the overpriced G614's. 2 years, and 15K is not bad the OEM ST tires would be shot by then.
In agreement with you on this one. It would be nice to be able to look at another 16" G rated tire and not be scared to death about putting it on one's 5er....I will look at them and do the research on the Sailun's when I replace current tires on my 5er.
NC Hauler for the record based on your info on the accreditation standards Sailun complies with and the testimonial of others who had already purchased Sailun's, I decide to go the Sailun route.
Sailun is not your typical low budget low quality import tire manufacturer.
Being in the manufacturing business and knowing what it takes to succeed, it got my attention when I did the research on the Sailun tires...Hey, when I first heard of them, I "attacked" them just like I did all other China manufactured tires...BUT, when I saw their accreditations, ie, meeting the exact same standards that MY manufacturing plant has to meet to be a worldwide competitor, and we build a HIGH QUALITY product, it got my attention and knowing what I know about the certifications and what it takes to get them....at this time, I have to say, they should have a good tire. I will consider them when it's time to replace the tires I have now on my 5er.
