gooseneck adapter
Has anyone used a gooseneck adapter on a 5er to have just a ball in the bed of the truck instead of the large hitch? We are considering trading the TT for a 5er but I hate to give up the bed space.

I believe the Reese Goosebox is the only one approved by Lippert. It has an air bag and shock absorbers to soften the ride, just like the air ride pin boxes. But if you are still under warranty check with Lippert to make sure.
Or get one of the 5th wheel hitches with under bed mount instead of rails so that you can remove the hitch and have a flat bed.
