gooseneck adapter
Has anyone used a gooseneck adapter on a 5er to have just a ball in the bed of the truck instead of the large hitch? We are considering trading the TT for a 5er but I hate to give up the bed space.

Since you don't want to give up bed space, you should consider the Andersen Ultimate. It is light weight, so ez to remove. It elevates the ball to the same height as the king pin so it is visible from the driver's seat for easier hook-up. And with the elevated ball, there is almost no change in leverage on the fiver pin box and frame.
