I have the Good Sam Rand McNally 7725LM. I also have the Navteq unit in the truck. The reason I chose the Good Sam Rand unit is that it has all the campgrounds listed in it. I haven't used it on a long trip yet, but, the POIs are able to be enabled and disabled and it will accept virtually any POI set from the POI Factory. It will also download any trips generated on the Good Sam site using their trip planning software. I usually use the RV Plan n' Go software to map trips, but, the new software isn't associated with Trailer Life and the campground listing is pathetic. No ratings and a lot of them just give you a location with no listing of amenities at all. I can use the 7725 to find campgrounds and I use it to plot the day's trip and compare it to the truck's Navteq unit (that one has caused us grief a time or two). In fact the 7725 is easier to use than the Trailer Life campground directory (you get a better sense of where a campground is in relation to your route). Being an RV oriented unit it has all the bells and whistles for customizing it to your type, length, weight, and height. Still playing with it, but, so far, I'm pleased.
