thanks everyone for info and thoughts:) are home now and no other issues with the 5th. We are very pleased with it and a few people at the state park we were at in Tennessee came over and was asking how we liked it cause they had been considering one :) anyway husband emailed the company about the problem and hoping to hear soon.
