Grand design momentum or jayco seismic

Both have been getting good reviews lately. One of the upside to the GD line is they don't shy away from warranting the unit even if it's used for full time living, while most manufacturers make it clear they don't. But Jayco offers a 2 year warranty, I thought GD was at 2 as well but I see now it's a 1 year warranty.

I highly recommend the Grand Design Momentum.

Take a look at the construction quality and you will see that the Grand Design is much better. We also found their floor plans to be almost 100% of what we were looking for.

Then take a look at the owners forums relating to issues after delivery. Grand Design does what it takes to make it right if there is an issue. You can't say that about Forrest River.

I think Jayco might be changing their floor plans, their website
says, dealer stock only on most of them.

Which Momentum are you looking at? We have the 385 and love it. Seems to have good quality build...BUT garage is actually only 11'11" 1/2 of the way across.

Jayco has a 2 year warranty grand design has a 1 year warranty.

Is that measurement from the front wall to the ramp door?

In the 385 the back bathroom sticks out into the garage 3". The measurement from the BATHROOM wall to back door 11'11" from the wall at entry into living area 12'2" (I had to add a door frame extension to gain back the 3")
