One thing for sure is you just have to look at the GD forum and you'll see how well they stand behind their product. Someone mentioned the 2 years vs. 1 year warranty, however, most of the products in the rv, such as the a/c, have longer warranties. From what I've seen from GD, if something happens out of that warranty, they still work with the customer to make it right.
