We had a heartland cyclone, not many issues. Then a heartland big Horn Silverado, we had quite a few issues largest being the exterior was cracking at the top of both back slides. I tried to get simple communication with heartland rep and he would not even reply. Now we have a grand design reflection and have had very few issues. I did post on grand design forum and was immediately contacted by a customer service representative.
