I'm astonished at the customer service provided by Grand Design. While I've had no problems with my nearly year old fifth wheel trailer, it's not uncommon to see their CEO and owners personally answer online concerns and give out their personal cellphone and email addresses.
It's just a shame that the component manufacturers cannot put out more reliable, trouble free products, as it's their products that often cause such frustrations.
