I'm not a first timer either, but this was crazy.
I only got a hurried tour of my RV once it was set up on the lot, both the delivery man and I were soaked to the bones at about 40 degrees F!
Never seen an RV manual that had a diagram like that, would be nice.
Ya, I know. I would have turned the heat on in the RV and gone through everything. We did on the last rig and I found that the Tech had "gun-decked" the spare. I know he never checked it as I could not lower it, a bolt had fell off in transit.
After that we got real, careful and didn't assume the Tech had actually checked something
The DW and I spent about three hours, in the dealer lot, after the Tech went off to his just task, making certain about -everything-
