I've had good luck with them (from Costco) but I have a single axle trailer which might make a difference. But then, I had good luck with Carlisles too, for many years.
Both are fair choices for utility trailers!..:S
Certainly lots of single axle 5th wheel owners will chime in too...:R
.
yeah, light weight utility trailers and single axle TT's,very light weight 5er's, etc....but that would be the extent of it as far as my tire of choice, don't care whose selling them.....
IF OP is towing light, no real amount to amount to anything, (under 10,000#)....guess it they might be a choice if no LT's available to do the job....
Don't know tire weight rating, but if an "E", you have quite a few choices in Michelin RIB's, Duravis 250's, as a couple example's.... - Bull_RiderExplorerHad one explode on the spare tire carrier. That tire had a total of 40 miles on it (it was used one time for a spare).
It had been covered with a tire cover, and was properly inflated. The trailer was parked at our home when the tire exploded. Shredded the cover.
So for me, the vote is No! - DtankExplorer

Last night I asked about Maxxis tires, tonight has anyone used Greenball Towmaster tires from Costco? ST22575R15, load range E?
Otherwise known as "Blowmasters". First set on my FW lasted < 3k miles and 2 years. First tire went < 1k miles and 1 year. The other 3 separated in the 2nd year.
Lyle - AZ_T_TExplorerI don't know how they are today, but I had a set on a work trailer about 5 years ago and they were the worst trailer tires I have ever used! 2 of them lost the tread while sitting still and the other 2 threw tread while driving.
