In reality almost everybody uses "chemicals" of some kind.
Where some get the idea that detergent and water softeners are not "chemicals" is somewhat curious. :h
I know I've never said that and I don't think anyone else has ever said soap and softeners are NOT chemicals. It is intuitively obvious that when rv'ers speak of rv chemicals, that are referring to the rv chemicals that are designed to mask odors.
