Here's a clue for you Ron:
About half the time that I "flush" my toilet, I get a whiff of really unpleasant "air" coming back UP the pipe. I assume that this is partly because the fermenting creates gasses that are lighter than air.....and partly because the mass that goes IN will push air OUT.
Anyhow, unless and until you can convince me that my nose is broken, I will continue to use something that covers up that odor.....even if it does nothing else that it claims.
