I doubt very much that anything catastrophic will happen, maybe just a little extra wear and tear on the TV. :)
However I believe you have a valid concern with your tires. I blew 2 Carlisle ST tires with less than 2 years and 8,000 miles on them. Look at replacing your ST tires with LT tires if it is possible with your weight and axle rating, when you change tires.
