They give you a repair kit should you have a big branch drop on you or something. If I had to replace a skylight I could do it myself. They'd send the material. But they'll come do it for you as well. I don't know what the service call would be. I'm pretty confident that I'll never have to do anything due to faulty workmanship or materials and the stuff is actually more abrasion resistant than EPDM. A low hanging branch would have to be stout to do damage. But only an accident would require future repairs. I watched the entire process and that's my impression. I definitely feel it's superior to replacing the rubber roof. This stuff is much tougher and yet still has flexibility. I sound like an advertisement but really just wanted to share my impressions. I'm glad I did it.
