Goodyear is the only manufacturer that approves that procedure for their ST tires. None of the other ST manufactures approve it.
Even when approved by the tire manufacturer the trailer manufacturer would also have to approve the procedure and address its parameters in the trailer's owners manual. And, then insure the OE rims can handle the extra 10 psi.
