I towed a
Smart Trailer for a few years and it worked well. With the amount of weight you'll be carrying you might want to look at the double wheel units. We towed behind a 34' Big Sky and had no issues except we had to keep an eye on the hitch balls because the constant motion would tend to loosen them up. The trailer performed admirably and was extremely well thought out, and built to a high standard.
Be aware that some states may take exception to your set-up. :) We used it in several states that don't allow double towing but were never stopped. We towed in North Carolina and Virginia with no issues. YMMV.
One of the things to be aware of is the increased tail swing because of the added length behind the axles. It never gave us any problems but you need to be aware of it. We loaded our bikes sideways because our trailer was only 6 feet from the end of the 5er to the end of the trailer. That requires very secure tie downs because of the motion.
We went to a toyhauler because we finally found one that didn't have a separate garage and didn't look like something that could be hosed out when the weekend was over.
Good luck.
