We use Discount Tire for most of our car and truck tires, but they will always recommend tires that gives them the largest profit margin, which of course is their job. Haven't heard of the tires you mentioned, but they and any other reputable tire dealer can get whatever brand you want within a few days. Only ST tire with consistent positive reviews are Maxxis 8008.
If you are looking for tires for the Open Range 5er in your sig, I would suggest going with an LT tire, such a large rig will likely be too much for most any brand ST tire. Michelin X-Ribs or similar built LT tire, although costly, would provide many years of dependable service. A single blowout from a poorly made ST tire can cause thousands in damage.
