I bought Bridgestone Duravis 250's on my 17K TH. I have not a problem with tires since...Over 3+ years ago.
They were $75 a piece cheaper then Michs.
Sometimes safety is not about the money.......
I'm sure you could've found some tires for $175 cheaper than the XPS Ribs, but, you get what you pay for?
He gets the exact same commercial grade all steel ply carcass LT tire as the XPS Rib tire at 75 bucks a tire cheaper.
Which one is the safest ??
I would say its a draw.
Agree the Duravis 250's are as good as the Michelin XPS RIBS, and less pricey....both safe tires.
Like comparing the GY G614's to the Sailun S637 tires...significant savings going with the Sailun's and they are gaining with a very good reputation...I was looking at a 3 axle Fuzion TH that had the Sailun tires on it...I will possibly purchase those over the G614's next time I need tires just because they are SO MUCH cheaper in cost....and I don't feel like I'll be sacrificing a thing....
