Biggest issue would be: It removes the heavy pin weight from the TV, thus you would have jerks using it to pull huge 5ers that were way beyond the capacity of their TVs ability.
Additionaly If we tried to use such a setup, we would be over length since we're 58' now, then move the hitch back 8 to 10 feet and we're over.
