I'm not sure about most folks, but I wear rubber gloves when dealing with the drain hose. I also have a mild mixture of cleaner in a spray bottle if I dribble stuff on the ground.
There was one fellow at the dump that sat on the ground under his hose attachment to connect the hose. The concrete was damp from previous use. He then got up and after finishing his duties, jumped back into the drivers seat of his expensive Class A, and drove off.
My true fear is that I'm never "That Guy" when it comes to RV mistakes, but I bet someone has me on video doing something stupid.
