If it has fiberglass siding I dont think it's priced high at all.
The Sunnybrooks of that era are built like tanks and have one of the strongest frames in the industry made by Leland.
You need to contact Leland for a pinbox or look for a used one, Of course any of the aftermaket pin boxes will work as well
