Heartland rigs

I don't want to start another who's fiver is better post but my neighbour bought a 2012 bighorn new and it spent most of last summer at the dealership (first mistake) and he told me heartland's after-the-sale customer service just plain sucks then another fellow across the street from me at our resort had problems with his new bighorn as well. I would recommend you take a good long look at Cedar Creek, aside from those P.O.S. Drainmaster electic dump valves (that Cedar Creek has replaced three times so far)we've had very few problems and their customer service is the best in the industry! Last summer the clear-coat started flaking off the full body paint job, I called and was immediately referred to the company that does their full body paint and was told without any hesitation to bring the trailer to them and they will re-finish it at their expense and at out timetable, and that's on a 6 year old fiver!!! As of today I don't know anyone who owns a cedar Creek fiver who won't buy another!
