No I've never owned a hartland product but I've seen and been in a lot of them and even came close to pulling the pin on one of those front livingroom montanas when they first came out but the quality and fit n' finish wasn't there. My response to the op was of two separate owners I know and their bad experiences that they had with their bighorns, in the end they (the manufacturers) aren't giving these rigs away and after-the-sale support by them is very important as I personally have come to learn.
Why is it when anyone asks about Heartland products, everyone who NEVER owned one tells them to look elsewhere...usually their brand. Guess us Heartland owners, who really know what they are like, should start putting our 2 cents in on CC, Redwood, etc. threads...geez!! Give it a break!!
