I am an X Bighorn owner so I can speak for my self, not my neighbor or my grandmas uncle. Heartland is a top notch company. Anyone who says otherwise most likely was having dealer or communication problems. Our '11' Bighorn was flawless and our 06 Bighorn had a some problems that a lying service manager didn't take care off. I fixed them my self. If I could found shorter unit, as we went back to double towing,with our floor plan from Heartand I would have considered one again. Great trailers with a great company.
