The Big Horn is one step down from the Landmark. The Landmark, Big Horn and Big Country are built of the same assembly line.
In May of 2016 we bought a new 2017 BH3575el that we love. We towed it to Arizona and back twice from NW Washington, living full time in it for about a year and a half. It is now our summer home in Washington and we commute to Az we a little Laredo TT and winter in our park model.
We found the support for Heartland fantastic on the few issues we experienced.
