What is everyone's experience with this brand? Good and bad experience with quality, problems, customer service.

Wow. We have a 2008 Cyclone 4012. We love it. Only two problems related to quality. Sagging floor in master bedroom from wimpy plywood. Fixed it ourselves. Other problem was a "sewer" vent that did not completely exit the roof. Fixed it also ourselves.
Otherwise, no issues. Not bad in my opinion given thousands of miles of towing.
Perhaps this was before ownership changed?
