We purchased a new 2014 Bighorn in April. In May we had a problem with the 120V side of the H2O heater. Dealer came to our home once to diagnosis the issue and a second time to repair the problem. Our dealer and Heartland have been wonderful to work with, even after the sale.
As mentioned, the Heartland forum is full of experienced and informative owners. We are very pleased with our 5er and would be surprised to receive the quality of service that Heartland has provided from another manufacturer.
