I have a 2014 Heartland Bighorn 3010RE. Part of the reason I bought a Bighorn was the reputation of the factory in support after the sale. Also the fact that it is rated for full time use. I'm not naive. What does that mean ? I HOPE it means that I get better, stronger construction and more insulation.
