I agree with something sounding off. My first though was a fishing for work call into the factory from CW. Had you noticed anything wrong with the slides?
My parents Sundance was Out Of Warranty by three weeks when a Delam problem was noticed and they requested pictures and then wanted the trailer back at the factory and replaced all the skin on the camper. Also fixed several problems that were grinding my moms gears, towed it out there and back all at Heartlands expense. Oh, did I mention it was Out Of Warranty?
