as best I can tell the original post list 2 separate problems ... one a leaking roof and a second an issue with the camper's "slideouts" (plural) .... to determine if the roof leak should be covered by the OEM warranty the cause of the leak would need to be determined .... the same is true for the issue with the slideouts .... if multiple slides need to be removed, fixed and reinstalled, I can see repairs taking a good bit of time .... if his unit has hydraulic slides, that is most certainly possible .... I've heard far better comments about support from Heartland than I have from Camping World but without further info its difficult, if not impossible, to determine where the truth lies
