Since the light bulb did nothing I asked a camper neighbor to come take a look he is an electrician and said that the socket on the aluminum bulb is only good for 100-150 watt (I think it said) and could possibly burn out the socket on the light so I opted for the little heater instead which did the trick. I will use the red light one if needed to thaw out black tank...the next issue...
