Who make heavy duty tire in size 16 ,load capacity over 3500.

No tire is foolproof. Even 17.5 LRH tires are known to fail once in a while. If one does not have a TPMS you do not know if it was a run flat problem or sudden failure! Except in the case of hearing a load boom!! Chris
