I agree with the Biscuit. On the three trailers we have owned (including a brand new Keystone Outback) what they passed off as an owner's manual was about useless.
What you can download from Dometic or Wineguard is far better than what you will get from Thor. All Thor actually constructed was the shell. Everything else was purchased from outside suppliers and they (the suppliers) are the ones who understand the components.
My Titanium did come with a grey folder full of supplier's installation and maintenance guides, but this is the only time I've seen even that.
By the way, there may be a build-out sheet inside one of your kitchen cabinets that lists brand and model of installed equipment.
