Hello! Short to ground?

Hi guys, been busy the last couple of days. The wife and I finished installing the new floor today, though it is not reflected in these pics. Here is what I have for an electrical panel. I couldn't find any obvious bridge but I'm no electrician. I have not tried the hot water heater yet but I will throw it's breaker and check my ground and neutral to see if they are still bridged. I think that I checked that with all breakers off but can not recall for sure. If I do have any hot water issues I will be sure to ohm out the element.
