Not Your Friend
My attorney would blow holes through that ambulance chaser in 10 minutes. As has been shown repeatedly, the GVWR on 3/4 ton trucks is a simple numbers game.
X2!
Would need to prove fault first, then that it the condition lead to the injuries. I would guess the biggest cause of RV crashes is other drivers.
The number of times I have had someone race past me at 15 over the speed limit, just to slow down to 5 under a Will never cease to amize me! They also seem to need to pull in inches from our front bumper. :S
I see you have never sat on jury in civil auto accident case. The jury will be handed a sheet with bunch of question assigning fault that will answered either Yes - No - NA. The question are like "traveling to fast for conditions" and Etc. One of those questions is "Was the Vehicle Operating Within Manufacture Specs - Yes Or NO If yes what percentage would you assign." There maybe several things assigned to fault. Remember these are jury and and in a civil is more likely then not and doesn't have to be proven nor do all the jury has agree just he majority.
